The flip top of my daughters beloved water bottle broke and I was delighted to find there are replacement parts. This is one of the things I value most about this company. I鈥檓 sad to see that all replacements are out of stock! Bummer. I hope the idea of replacement parts is mot just a gimmick and the company will prioritize restocking them.

My kids love this lid and I found out it was interchangable with other free sip bottles! This was a game-changer because it meant we could offer our kids different sizes but still have the spill-proof lid. I am worried they are phasing this out as there is only 1 color available on replacement page and none on the kids page. Please don't!!

We really love the Flip lids!! I wish Owala would include them with more of their bottles. The Free Sip lids break quickly and spill a lot. The Flip lids are virtually spill proof and last for a long time.

Love these water bottles however I wish the lid had a soft handle, don鈥檛 drop these as the handle will break but they do sell replacement lids. Wish the handle was soft plastic like other brands
